Since the end of Angola's civil war, in April 2002, the country has expanded diversified its foreign partnerships. Whereas national reconstruction remains as the top agenda of the government, the oil rich country arises as a hotspot for foreign countries and enterprises. Angola has managed to deal with a diverse range of partnerships, such as with China and, more recently with the US.
