ANIP
The National Private Investment Agency (ANIP, in Portuguese) was set up by the government of Angola and constitutes, today, the main regulatory body regarding foreign investments in the country. ANIP regulates diverse investments matters, such as tax incentives, priority activities, among others. Be aware that all private investments contracts established in Angola must obtain the respective approval from ANIP.
